Shipping

We ship UPS ground or US Postal Service unless other arrangements are made.  Overnight, 2 and 3-business day UPS delivery services are available. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Orders placed by 2pm will ship that day.

 

Returns and Exchanges

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or they will be refused by our receiving department. Return shipping label must show this number and must be addressed to:

Please pack your return so items will not be damaged in shipment. Returns must be shipped prepaid by you and should be insured. No CODs. For new items, returns must be in resalable condition in original boxes and unmodified. We will exchange or refund for returned items resalable as new. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after receipt. Special order items are not returnable.

All refused orders are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus shipping costs incurred by us. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of our receiving the item.
